Meet Brenda C.
Born in Grinnell and raised in Cedar Rapids, Brenda has deep roots in Eastern Iowa. She is married, the mother of six, and has built her business around clear goals, customer care, and close attention to detail.
Brenda started I380 Deck Wash & Stain after seeing a genuine need for experienced exterior wood care and sealing—not another quick visit where someone sprays a little water, applies stain or sealer, and calls the project finished.
Her approach begins with the condition of the wood, the existing coating, moisture, surface preparation, and what the homeowner wants to accomplish. The goal is to recommend the right process, explain the scope clearly, and complete the details with care.
Outside of work, Brenda values time with family, being outdoors, and relaxing with a good movie. She enjoys meeting people and seeing the smile that comes when a worn exterior surface is brought back to life.
